2025 Summer Swim Team Registration

Welcome to the Wahoos Registration Page.  

Swimmer Registration Fees for Team are as Follows:

  • $195 for first 2 swimmers and $155 for each additional swimmer in a Family.
  • The Registration Fee includes all Swim Practices and Swim Meets along with Pep Rallies for swimmers
  • Register by 5/16 to receive a t-shirt, personalized silicone cap and bag tag. After 5/16, swimmers will receive a bag tag, silicone cap (without personalization) and t-shirt if available. 
  • Registration must be paid via Paypal. Registration will be approved upon verification of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be a resident of Woodcliffe Park or the Vistas and in good standing in order for your child(ren) to join the swim team.

  • New accounts will be sent an email confirmation message with instructions to set up a password.
  • Previously registered parents/guardians cannot be edited during registration. Please contact your team's admin to request edits.

New Woodcliffe Swimmers

Liability Waiver

By registering my child(ren) with the Woodcliffe Wahoos,I agree to participate (or allow my child(ren) and family members to participate) in the Woodcliffe Wahoos, and hereby release the Woodcliffe Wahoos, its directors, officers, agents, coaches, and employees from liability for any injury that might occur to myself (or to my child(ren) and family members) while participating in the Woodcliffe Wahoos program, including travel to and from practices, swim meets or other scheduled team activities.


I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned organizations and/or individuals, their agents and/or employees, against any and all liability for personal injury, including injuries resulting in death to me, my child(ren) and/or other family members, or damage to my property, the property to my child(ren) and/or other family members, or both, while I (or my child(ren) or family members) participating in the Woodcliffe Wahoos program.

Refund Policy

If a swimmer wishes to WITHDRAW from a program, parents need to contact the team ([email protected]) before Time Trials on Saturday, June 7th. The Wahoos will refund the amount of the program cost, less $15 to cover some of the administrative costs of T shirt and cap charges, to the family. Refunds will take 4-6 weeks to process.

Volunteer Agreement

I/we understand that swim team is a volunteer intensive sport and each family must commit to 12 Volunteer Points per child per season (or as maximum of 24 Volunteer Points per family). A typical Meet Volunteer Shift is 4 points and Social Events are 2 points. If I do not cover my shifts then I am forcing other families to work double the required shifts. I understand that it is my responsibility to sign in with the Volunteer Coordinator or Team Rep at every event so that my points will be counted. I understand that if I/we do not complete the required volunteer shifts, the Swim Team committee may charge fines in the 2025 season (which they really do NOT want to do)

Video/Photography Release

I hereby give consent for my child(ren) to be photographed and video-taped, for possible use on swim team web sites, swim team social media accounts, swim team slideshow and swim team publications.
